The proposed project would include the construction of 49 single family detached residences on approximately five acres of land. The development would include nine different plan combinations, ranging from 1,609 to 1,971 sf. Prior to development, the abandoned church and school buildings, as well as the single family residences existing on the project site, would be demolished. The proposed project would require a GPA to RZ-12 and a rezone to Planned Unit Development, to accommodate increased housing density on the project site.
