Document Description
Special Use Permit No. PSP 14-052 will allow a solid waste recycling operation on an 11.4 acre portion of a 29 acre parcel in the AE-20 zone. Currently the site is not subject to the title 14 CCR Construction and Demolition and Inert Debris Transfer/Processing regulatory requirements. The activities would fall under Title 14, CCR Sec 18381.1. The applicant hauls and stockpiles unseparated overburden from irrigation district and agricultural grading, plus construction debris from dairies and other construction projects, until being delivered to properties for other construction, grading or road projects. The facility will establish a 75,000 sf area for parking, a 65,000 sf are for miscellaneous storage, and an 18,000 sf stormwater drainage basin. Equipment includes one loader, ten trucks, loading dock equipment, a water truck for dust control, and a portable crusher as needed.
