Site development permit and planned development permit to demolish existing structures (35,699 sf) and on site surface parking and construction of a mixed used development comprised of 284 dwelling units, 5,760 sf of commercial (office use) and 3,170 sf of commercial (restaurant use) within the Mission Valley Community Plan area. The project would range in height from four stories to five stories and would have a total of 284 residential units and 8,897 sf of commercial space (office and restaurant). A total of 408 parking spaces would be provided in a six story, above ground parking structure, in addition to 67 surface parking spaces, for a total of 475 parking spaces.
