The project involves demolition and removal of the existing approximate 8,800 sf, single story restaurant and development of an 84,517 sq ft, three story, 101 unit (120-bed) assisted living and memory care units and associated ancillary uses and subsurface parking. The facility would include indoor and outdoor amenities, landscaping, drive aisles, and a passenger drop-off.
