Document Description
The Development Plan (DP) to allow the construction of a new one-story, 2,396 sq. ft. convenience store, trash enclosure, and associated landscaping. The project also includes Modifications (MOD) to allow parking spaces and a trash enclosure to project into the front and side yard setbacks, as well as, allowing parking spaces adjacent to fuel pumps to count towards the total parking requirement pursuant to the City's Inland Zoning Ordinance. Lastly, as part of the project, a MND was adopted pursuant to CEQA Guideline §15074.
