Document Description
The project would provide approximately 1,000 sf of a franchise donut shop that includes drive through service. Access for the proposed project would be provided via two one way operational driveways at both the Anaheim St and Figueroa St project frontages. The Anaheim street access would be ingress only, the Figueroa St access would be egress only. Full buildout of the project is anticipated to be completed by the year 2017.
