A 27,900 sq. ft. specialty grocery store with on-sale and off-sale alcohol sales, prepared food offerings, and incidental seating areas of 145 sq. ft. (indoor) and 503 sq. ft. (outdoor); a 6,684-sq. ft. bank building; and two surface parking lots with a total of 136 spaces. On the primary site, the project will involve complete demolition of the existing showroom/service depot and partial demolition of the existing collision repair facility, a remodel of the remaining portion, and reconstruction of 7,369 sq. ft. for the specialty grocery store. The new bank building will be constructed on the southern portion of the primary site. On the auxiliary parking site, the existing building will be demolished and the site redeveloped as an auxiliary surface parking lot.
