Document Description
The County of Santa Barbara, Community Services Department, Parks Division proposes to develop a surface parking lot containing 47 spaces along the easterly side of Point Sal Road, immediately south of the intersection with Brown Road. The county also proposes to perform culvert repair and reconstruct a damaged portion of Point Sal Road approximately 3/4 of a mile to the northwest from the parking lot site. The proposed improvements are intended to enhance visitor access to coastal recreation resources including Point Sal Trail and Point Sal State Beach.
