Document Description
The proposed project is the expansion and enhancement of the existing Wondries Toyota automobile dealership. The project involves demolition of the existing dealership building located on the northeast corner of West Main Street and North Bushnell Avenue and construction of a new dealership building within the surface parking area located across the street, between North Electric Avenue and North Marguerita Avenue. Surface parking would be constructed in place of the existing dealership building. Construction would occur in two phases, with Phase I consisting of construction of the new dealership building and Phase II involving demolition of the existing dealership building.
