Document Description
The project would remove eight existing multi-family residential buildings and surface parking areas in order to develop a 624,167 sf mixed use project comprised of three components. The Hotel Component would include 298 rooms, 15,335 sf of retail and restaurant uses, 13,553 sf of shared guest and public amenities, and 7,203 sf of public meeting spaces. The student housing component would include 222 student housing units and 32,991 sf of community-serving retail and restaurant uses. The mixed income housing component would include 186 dwelling units, 20,364 sf of creative office space, and 7,000 sf of retail and restaurant uses. The project would also construct a seven story above ground parking structure to provide parking for all three components.
