The proposed parameters that will be authorized by the issuance of the proposed SWFP include: the operation of a large volume in-vessel digestion facility; permitted hours of operation of Monday – Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (receipt of waste) and 24 hours per day, 7 days a week (digestate processing); permitted maximum tonnage of 850 tons per week; permitted traffic volume regulated pursuant to Title 14 CCR 17896.54; permitted total area of 4.8 acres; and a design capacity as described in the In-Vessel Digestion Report (IVDR).
