Document Description
The project is the construction, use and maintenance of a new 37-unit, approximately 34,000 sf (3,675:1 FAR), five story apartment building with 38 automobile parking spaces and 41 bicycle parking spaces across two levels of parking (one subterranean level). Vehicular access will be provided on Bunker Hill Ave via two new driveways. The project required approximately 5,00 cy of earth export. The applicant requests the following discretionary approvals: 1) a density bonus with one on menu incentive for an increase in allowable floor area and 2) a haul route for the export of approximately 5,000 cy of earth material.
