Shaw Avenue Widening between De Wolf and McCall Avenues Project
EIR - Draft EIR
Present Land Use
Shaw Ave is designated in the Clovis General Plan and Loma Vista Specific Plan as an arterial street.
The project involves widening a two-mile segment of Shaw Avenue east of the City of Clovis between DeWolf Avenue and McCall Avenue from a two-lane rural road to a five-to-six-lane urban arterial road. Most of the proposed street widening would occur on land that is within the City of Clovis' Sphere of Influence and that the City has planned for urban development.
