The proposed project will result in the construction of 92 2-story single family homes on the 12.5+/- acre parcel. Each lot will be 3,276 sf and the units will range between 2,373 and 2,543 sf in size. The proposed project will include pocket parks, a dog park, and trails. Matthew Dr will provide vehicular access to the development.
