The project consists of adoption and implementation of the Parks and Recreation Master Plan for the City of Monterey. The PRMP serves as a guide for park and recreation improvements and projects throughout the City. The key components of the Master Plan include: goals; guidelines for park improvements; recommendations for new parks and improvements to existing parks and facilities; and an implementation element.
