Document Description
The proposed project will include four phases of improvements to the existing school over an extended period of time. Through the addition and removal of classrooms, the capacity of the school will fluctuate through the phases from the existing 900 kindergarten through sixth grade students to 1,325 to 1,450 to 1,400, and to final capacity of 1,100. The project also involves the addition of a new library/media center and new administrative offices, the relocation of the softball field, the removal of field lighting poles, and the reconfiguration of drop off and parking areas. Phase 1: would start construction in November 2016 and be completed by July 2017. The estimated timing for Phases 2 and 3, as well as the final configuration of the site, is uncertain and dependent on funding availability.
