Wastewater system renovation to eliminate sewage overflows. Replace existing sewer line, construct new pumping station, and renovate existing facultative lagoons. A portion of the new 8" PVC sewer line would transect the Caltrans Newell Maintenance Station. Caltrans would issue an encroachment permit to allow for the proposed improvements within State right-of-way
