Document Description
The proposed project includes an addition to the existing Legacy High School Complex campus for ISLC middle school students; and removal of 17 classrooms in portable buildings from the South Gate Middle School campus. The ISLC Addition includes 16 permanent classrooms, an administration building, a lunch shelter, staff and student restrooms, outdoor basketball/volleyball courts, a surface parking lot with 40 parking spaces, a multi-purpose room and gym. buildings constructed under the proposed project would be a maximum of two stories tall and up to 27 feet in height, As part of the proposed project, night time field lights would be added to the athletic fields planned for the southern portion of the LHSC campus. A separate curbed vehicular drop off and pick up lane would be located along Tweedy Blvd.
