Document Description
The applicant requests a conditional use permit to construct and operate a church facility containing worship and appurtenant structures including a gym, multi-purpose room, dining room, and restroom building. Also proposed is a single family residence for use by the church pastor; however, this is a by right use. The applicant will set aside 10 acres of the 318 acre property as mitigation land for previous disturbance of Joshua tree woodland. Water will be provided by an on site well. Water use estimated at 100,000 gallons per year.
