Document Description
Construct, operate, and decommission an approximately 20 acre, two to five megawatt, unmanned, photovoltaic solar energy facility, a new transformer, 200 sf maintenance and storage building, perimeter security fencing, generation interconnection to an existing substation, motion sensor security lighting, landscaping/screening, and associated internal access, utilities, and stormwater management. Project includes monthly maintenance and annual panel washing. Development footprint approximately 20 acres; disturbance area up to 40 acres.
