Note: Review Per Lead The phase 1 facilities would include a 5,000 ft long, 16-in diameter pipeline within the River Rd easement from the Western Riverside County Regional Wastewater Authority's facilities at 14634 River Road in the city of Eastvale to its intersection with Bluff St in the city of Norco. At the Santa Ana River crossing, the pipeline would be installed within a dedicated space in the River Road Bridge.
