The proposed development includes seven single-story buildings and one two-story building ranging in size from 5,900 sq. ft. to 15,000 sq. ft. The proposed project is located on a 12.7 acre site on the south side of Iron Point Road between the Broadstone Business Center and the Kaiser Permanente Medical Office building. The project is zoned C-3 PD (General Commercial, Planned Development District) and the General Plan land-use designation for the site is RCC (Regional Commercial).
