This project is being implemented in response to a 1602 violation related to channel modification, stream diversion, and vegetation clearing. This project includes the abandonment of a stump hole used as shallow on channel water well, soil stabilization and habitat enhancement through understory riparian and upland plantings. Issuance of a lakebed alteration agreement no. 1600-2016-0093-R3 is pursuant to fish and game code section 1602.
