The proposed project includes modernization of existing buildings, construction of new buildings, and reconfiguration of existing parking lots and student drop-off areas. There would be no change in study capacity or in parking or circulation at the school site. The components of the proposed project are summarized below.
The proposed project is categorically exempt under sections §15301, 15304, and 15314 of the CEQA Guidelines. Evaluation of the project under these exemptions relied on an Initial Study prepared for the proposed project, which determined that the project does not have the potential to result in any significant environmental impacts.
