A transformer with a concrete pad and underground electrical lines were also constructed. A generator, a control panel, and SCADA antenna were installed. A 8 feet fence was also constructed around the 1,922 ft2 perimeter of the site. A 2 inch layer of crushed rock was added within the fenced perimeter. A dirt road provides access to the well.
