Document Description
SWRCB as the lead agency will be issuing a water supply permit. The CWS - North Garden has added a pretreatment process to the Northwest Membrane Surface Water Treatment Plant upstream of the membrane filtration process. The pretreatment process includes the addition of a flash mixing facility, pretreatment basin comprised of a flocculation tank followed by a sedimentation basin equipped with sludge handling facilities.
