Document Description
Issue a Right of Entry Permit to allow River Partners to continue weed management at Great Valley Grassland State Park and George J. Hatfield State Recreation Area to decrease non-native invasive plant species and increase native plant diversity. All work will comply with all State and Federal environmental Laws, including but not limited to the Endangered Species Act, CEQA, and Section 5024 of the Public Resources Code. DPR will advise River Partners and River Partners will advise DPR if any new historical resources (including archaeological sites), special status species, or other resource issues identified within the project area.
