Document Description
The project consists of the installation of orchards in the open grassland portion of the property. The orchard installation activities will include initial deep-ripping of the site, irrigation installation, and the planning of trees. The one small ephemeral drainage that occurs on the site will be avoided and maintained. All vernal pool features identified within the site, with the exception of one small vernal pool positioned on the boundary of the project site along Hwy 99, will be filled by the proposed project.
