Central Valley Water Board will be issuing a 401 water quality certification for this project. The project consists of widening the existing road to 30 ft paved width, replacing two existing 24-in diameter, 30 ft length culverts with two, 36 in diameter and 47 ft length, and installing headwalls and riprap at each end.
