Document Description
The Department of Toxic Substances control pursuant to authority granted under Chapter 14, Division 4.5, Title 22, of the California Code of regulations, to approve a post-closure permit. The project is the issuance of a post-closure permit for the Hazardous Waste Management Facility (HWMF) at TFX Aviation Incorporated Newbury Park Facility. The term of this permit will be 10 years. The post-closure permit consists of three primary functions: maintenance and operation of the groundwater monitoring/extraction well network, environmental monitoring, and maintenance of financial mechanism to fund the post-closure activities.
