An environmental impact report and statement of overriding considerations were prepared and adopted for the original approval of location and development plan 09-04 and conditional use permit 09-08 pursuant to the California environmental quality act. The current extension of time application is exempt from further environmental review pursuant to Section 15162 (Subsequent EIRs and Negative Declarations) of CEQA as the proposed project is covered under the scope of the prior adopted Environmental Impact Report and no new information is known that would significantly change any impacts.
