The State CEQA Guidelines provide a series of Statutory Exemptions for actions that have been deemed by the State Legislature to be exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). The proposed installation of less than one mile of recycled water pipeline within disturbed public rights-of-way has been determined to qualify for a Statutory Exemption under Paragraph 21080.21 of the CEQA statute and the State CEQA Guidelines, Section 15282(k).
