Reasons for Exemption
This driveway is to access a previously undeveloped parcel. Historical timber operations had previously crossed at this location, but due to neglect and likely undersized culverts, the historical crossing washed away and needs to be reestablished. Designed as a single culvert sized to accommodate a 100-year storm event, this Agreement will be limited to this single crossing. The stream crossing will not impact migrating fish, or have a significant impact on other aquatic resources. If water is present at the time of construction, the water will be diverted to protect water quality.
