Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration agreement number 1600-2016-0194-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game code to Mr. Andy and Mrs. Carla Stene.
This project is limited to the construction of a 20-foot by 20-foot deck on the bank of the Sacramento River. The deck will be supported by cast-in-drilled hole cement footings located above the ordinary high water mark. The river-side portion of the deck shall not overhang the water or extend passed the toe of the existing riprap.
