The project consists of renovating front counter including new fire door and finishes. Any work involving asbestos or lead paint shall be performed by individuals with appropriate licensing and/or certification. This is not a hazardous waste site and all clean up will be done pursuant to all applicable safety procedures for clean up, handling and disposal.
