Minimal, if any, earthwork is expected during the installation of the project. Foundations for the art were installed with the Kings Beach Commercial Core Improvement Project. The proposed art work statuary is landscape items per Section 15304(b). Stable materials, used in the art pieces, will complement the surrounding area and will not weather adversely to negatively affect the environment.
