Document Description
The project includes one encroachment and is limited to replacement of an existing 18-inch diameter, corrugated metal culvert (CMP) with a 24-inch diameter CMP. The existing culvert is undersized, susceptible to plugging and heavily corroded. The outlet of the existing culvert discharges onto the fill slope of the road, resulting in gully formation.
