Document Description
The Permittee, Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) proposes recoating of approximately 8' of a span of the L-SP4Y gas pipeline, to ensure public safety and line integrity. The process involves excavating the air-to-soil transition on either side of the pipelines where they are exposed in a crossing of a perennial tributary agricultural channel which drains west to Threemile Slough, removing the existing coating, and recoating the line. Work is expected to take up to 35 days.
