Reasons for Exemption
The Project is categorically exempt under the CEQA Guidelines, Title 14 California Code Regulations, Chapter 3, Article 19, Sections 15329 (Class 29) for installation of cogeneration equipment with a capacity of 50 megawatts or less; and 15303 (Class 3) for construction and location of limited numbers of new, small facilities or structures, installation of small new equipment and facilities in small structures; and the conversion of existing small structures from one use to another where only minor modifications are made in the exterior of the structure.
This is to advise that the State Water Board made CEQA determinations and approved CWSRF financing on June 12, 2017 for the Project. This is to certify that the record of funding approval for the Project is available to the general public at the State Water Board, Division of Financial Assistance at the above address.
