This environmental assessment is for Text Amendment No. 19-15, an adoption of an oil and gas Ordinance to the Mumicipal Code regarding regulation of petrolleum facilities and operations, including repeals and amendments to the Municipal Code. The Ordinance will add Chapter 5 to Article IX, (sections 9500 through 0537), amend section 9121.1, 9121.12, 9123, 9131.0, 9133, 9141.1, 9146.3, 9146.7 and 9151.12, and repeal sections 9128.6, 938.10, and 9142.2 of the Carson Municipal Code.
