The project authorizes develolpment of a highly disturbed, vacant, 62 acre parcel with a new 6,774 s.f. retail auto parts store. The project site is completely surrounded by urban uses and has no habitat value. All required utilities and public services exist to serve the approved development.
New commercial buildings not involving significant storage of hazardous sustances, and not exceeding 10,000 square in urbanized areas.
