Document Description
Edison Company's (SCE) Lee Vining Hydroelectric Project, Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) Project Number 1388, for which FERC issued a new operating license on February 4, 1997. SCE proposes to conduct repairs to the concrete surrounding the Tioga dam outlet pipe and the grates on the steel trash rack (i.e., grizzly). SCE will conduct needed repairs and install a geomembrane liner on the surface of the upstream side of the dam in the immediate vicinity of the outlet works.
