Document Description
The project will remove an existing non-functioning culvert on the unnamed tributary to Rogers Creek, realign Rogers Creek to remove the man-made 90-degree bends, create a channel sinuosity of 1.07, and reestablish a natural connection for a small drainage to the north. Approximately 133 feet of channel will be recontoured to create a channel sinuosity of approxiamtely 1.07. A levee will be created on the right bank (vie downstrea). The levee height will be a minimum of 1.5 feet and not exceed 2.0 feet above the adjacent floodplain. Levee side-slopes will be a minimm of 15h:1v to a maximum of 20h:1v.
