Reasons for Exemption
Project #2016.05 and #2016.07 involve new concrete curbs and concrete pads within or along the perimeter of heavy use areas. In addition, Project #2016.05 includes the construction of a curb and gutter to capture flash runoff and will also improve a gutter downspout to help keep stormwater runoff out of the heavy use areas. Overall the project will help the dairy reduce pathogen and nutrient delivery to in-channel stormwater runoff that flows into Stafford Reservoir.
