Document Description
The Crestline-Lake Arrowhead Water Agency (CLAWA) and San Gorgonio Pass Water Agency (SGPWA) are State Water Project (SWP) contractors. The proposed project is a water management operation using existing facilities for the exchange of water from one SWP Contractor to another SWP Contractor. The limited term transfer will not support new development or a change in land use, and the transfer is wholly within the SWP place of use. CLAWA will deliver up to 1,200 acre-feet of its Table A water in the San Luis Reservoir to SGPWA in 2016 and SGPWA will return 600 acre-feet of its future allocations of Table A to CLAWA no later than the end of 1026.
