Document Description
The Project consist of installation of sidewalk, curb, and gutter improvements on the North side of Fair Oaks Boulevard between Mariemont Avenue and the end of existing sidewalk, approximately 400 feet west of the Mariemont Avenue and Fair Oaks Boulevard intersection. The project also includes the installation of Americans with Disabilities act (ADA) ramps at two locations: on the north side of Fair Oaks Boulevard at the southwest corner of Mariemont Avenue and Fair Oaks Boulevard and on the south side of Fair Oaks Boulevard across the street from the Mariemont Avenue and Fair Oaks Boulevard intersection. A retaining wall will be constructed behind the attached sidewalk along the north side of Fair Oaks Boulevard due to the existing topography.
