The National Park Service in cooperation with the Bureau of Land Management is preparing a boundary study/proposed land withdrawal and environmental assessment for an area within the Eagle Mountains, located in Riverside County, CA. The study examines the feasibility and impacts of including additional lands in the Eagle Mountain area, and to develop alternatives for protecting cultural, natural and scenic resources to the purpose of the national park. A no action and three action alternatives are analyzed.
