The proposed project includes the construction of a self-storage facility on approximately 4.7 acres of vacant land. The facility would consist of seven self-storage buildings, totaling 107,758 sf, several metal storage containers, and a combined office and manager's residence totaling 2,200 sf over two stories. The proposed project also includes the incorporation of photovoltaic solar panels on the roofs of the storage buildings.
