Document Description
The proposed project includes construction of a 225-unit student housing project on the 8.5 acre site. The project would consist of three five-story residential buildings, one two-story 12,500 sq. ft. clubhouse/leasing office, and a single-story 10,000 sf stand-alone buildings titled the "Innovation Center." The Innovation Center would also include a retail element. The three residential buildings and clubhouse would be constructed around a landscaped courtyard. The 225-unit housing development would include up to 750 individual bed and bedrooms would be oriented around larger common rooms.
