Document Description
The project proposes to subdivide the 6.07-acre property into two parcels, a 4.76-acre parcel to accommodate three residential condo buildings and a 1.30 acre parcel to accommodate a proposed hotel. The project site is located at 525 - 595 Serramonte Blvd. The residential component of the project includes the construction of three new multi-fam condo buildings comprising 323 one, two, and tree bedroom condos. The hotel component of the project includes the construction of a 12-story, 153,756 sf building with 176 rooms over a multi-level parking podium with 187 parking stalls.
